About Our Community
OCEAN HILLS COUNTRY CLUB is located on 350 acres in Oceanside, California, 3.5 miles from the Pacific Coast, 30 miles north of San Diego. The architecture is inspired by Mediterranean Sea Villages and Aegean hill towns, with red tiled roofs and bougainvillea-covered white stucco walls. Eight Villages with names like Mykonos, Corfu, and Portofino comprise the community, and street names such as Rhodes, Aegina, Barcelona, and Poseidon echo the Mediterranean influence.

The first phase was completed in 1984, the final in 1998, totaling 1632 homes. Each phase is referred to as a "Village", a corporation with its own homeowners association and governed by a Board of Directors.
