Online Guest List

Ocean Hills Country Club is providing you with an Online Guest Registration system in an effort to enhance the management of guest access into the Community. With this service residents have the ability to add guests to their home profile over the internet, which will be utilized by the gate attendant to grant guests access to the Community. Please follow the following instructions:

Step 1- visit: www.ohccgate.com

Step 2- Enter Login Information 1st time Users must contact HOA Office for temporary Login information (760) 758-7080.

Step 3 - Once logged on, click on the "Add Guest" tab. Fill in required information and click "Save". Your request will be automatically forwarded to the Front Gate.

Board Meeting Replay Times:

Please tune in to our in house Channel 12 (Channel 867 if Digital) to watch this month's Master Board Meeting.

Replay times are July 12-18 from noon to 6:00pm Daily.
Beeping Security Alarms!!!

Attention OHCC Residents, to stop the beeping on your Security Alarm simply press the pound (#) key twice then call the front gate (760) 758-7111. Security will send out an officer to reset the alarm.

Address Lights
OHCC residents can purchase replacement bulbs for their illuminated house numbers at any automotive store. Just ask for 194 wedge base bulbs.

Reviewing your assessment account information online is a simple three step process!!!

1. Go to www.pcminternet.com
2. Click on "Sign-up for e-statements"
3. Fill out the registration form

Collection of Aluminum Cans
After receiving approval from the Board of Directors, The Woodchucks have placed a recycling container for aluminum cans right outside the RV lot. All funds generated by the collection of the cans will go to the Woodchucks and will help pay for annual projects, such as building toys for the children of Marines who are stationed in Camp Pendleton. The Woodchucks will also be responsible for any maintenance needed for the bin. For any questions or comments please contact The Woodchuck Club.
OHCC Trash Pickup Schedule

There will be no trash pickup during the following holidays:

-New Year's Day
-Memorial Day
-4th of July
-Labor Day
-Thanksgiving Day
-Christmas Day

Please Note: If the holiday falls during the week pickup will be delayed by a day. If holiday falls during the weekend there will be no delay.
Receiving Community News
You can receive community news via e-mail when you opt-in by clicking on a "Notify me!" link on this web site.

You can then choose individual notification categories which include; news updates, surveys, and new events.

When you have completed and submitted the form, you will automatically receive an e-mail notice the moment any of these items are updated on the web site.

You can change your notification status at any time by again clicking on a "Notify me!" link, entering your email address & name, and adding or removing any of the selected categories.
